Last Updated: 08-04-26

Welcome to LifeCore Physio (www.lifecorephysio.co.uk). By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

LifeCore Physio provides professional physiotherapy services, including initial assessments, follow-up treatments, and rehabilitation plans. These services are delivered via:

  • Home Visits: Within Manchester and surrounding areas.

  • Online Consultations: Conducted via secure video platforms.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, email, or telephone.

  • An appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from LifeCore Physio.

  • For home visits, please ensure a safe and suitable space is available for the assessment and treatment to take place.

3. Cancellation and Late Policy

We understand that plans change, but as a solo practitioner, late cancellations significantly impact the clinic.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost.

  • Late Arrival: If you are late for a home visit or online session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure subsequent patients are not impacted.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Prices for services are clearly stated on our website or provided at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due before the commencement of the session.

  • We accept Bank Transfers, or Cash.

  • LifeCore Physio reserves the right to change pricing; however, any pre-booked sessions will be honored at the original price.

5. Medical Disclaimer and Consent

  • Physiotherapy involves physical assessment and manual therapy. By booking, you consent to be assessed and treated.

  • You must provide accurate medical history and information regarding current medications or treatments. LifeCore Physio is not liable for any issues arising from withheld medical information.

  • Results from physiotherapy vary by individual. While we provide expert guidance and treatment, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or cures.

6. Home Visit Requirements

For the safety of both the patient and the therapist:

  • A person over the age of 18 must be present in the home if the patient is a minor.

  • Pets should be kept in a separate room during the treatment if they are likely to cause a distraction or safety hazard.

  • LifeCore Physio reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Professional Standards

LifeCore Physio is operated by a qualified physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). We adhere to the professional codes of conduct set by these bodies.

8. Limitation of Liability

LifeCore Physio shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from:

  • Inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • The client's failure to follow advice, exercises, or instructions provided during or after a session.

  • Technical issues during online consultations.
